Comparing the products viewed against products purchased should give you some invaluable information. For instance if a products has lots of view but very little sales from it, then you have to ask yourself, have you overpriced it, or is there a problem with the description. Equally you could have a product with few product views but lots of sales. Perhaps there is so margin in there to increase the price to make the product more profitable.
